We are more than just a gaming platform. Jackpot 888 is a community built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering the best experience to every member across Malaysia.
Jackpot 888 launched in 2018 with one simple goal — to provide Malaysian players with an online gaming platform that was genuinely fair, secure, and enjoyable. At the time, the online gaming industry in Malaysia was growing rapidly, yet many players complained about non-transparent platforms, slow withdrawals, and poor customer service.
We saw that gap as an opportunity to do something different. Not with empty promises, but with real action: certified RNG, high RTP, withdrawals processed in real time, and a support team that genuinely cares about every member's experience.
Seven years on, jackpot 888 has grown into one of the most recognised and trusted online gaming platforms in Malaysia. Over 500,000 active members trust us with their winnings every day — and that trust is something we never take lightly.
We operate under a recognised licence, with a technology infrastructure built by an experienced engineering team. Every aspect of the Jackpot 888 platform — from the user interface to the multi-layered security system — is designed around one core principle: users come first.
Platform launched with 3 game categories and 5,000 founding members. Core focus: security and transparency from day one.
Game library expanded with the addition of multiplayer Fish Shooting Games and Bingo. Active members reached 50,000.
Android and iOS App launched. VIP Programme with 5 tiers introduced with exclusive benefits for loyal members.
The first progressive jackpot pool hits RM 2 million. Live sports betting with real-time odds fully integrated.
Historic milestone of 500,000 active members reached. Withdrawal system upgraded to process requests in under 15 minutes for VIP members.
Not just claims — every one of these advantages is something you can experience from day one at Jackpot 888.
256-bit SSL encryption protects every transaction. Two-factor OTP verification on every withdrawal. Your personal and financial data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
We know your winnings are yours. Jackpot 888's automated withdrawal system processes most requests within 15–60 minutes — no unnecessary excuses or frustrating delays.
Our platform's average player return rate (RTP) is 97% — among the highest in Malaysia. This is not a marketing figure; it is real data that has been independently audited and is verifiable by any member.
The Jackpot 888 App for Android and iOS is optimised for high performance on Malaysian phones. HD graphics, responsive controls, and full functionality — all at your fingertips, no browser needed.
From welcome bonuses to weekly cashback and birthday rewards — Jackpot 888 always gives back to loyal members. The 5-tier VIP Programme means the more you play, the greater the benefits.
Our support team are not automated bots throwing out generic answers. They are trained individuals who understand the Jackpot 888 platform in depth and are ready to resolve your issues quickly and professionally.
Every promotion term is written in plain language. Every RTP is audited and displayed. We hide nothing in the fine print.
Member funds are held in segregated accounts. Bank-grade encryption protects every transaction. Security is never an afterthought.
We are fully committed to responsible gaming. Deposit limit tools, temporary account suspension, and counselling resources are available to all members.
We did not stop there. Continuous investment in technology and user experience ensures Jackpot 888 stays relevant and ahead of the curve.
Behind all the numbers and statistics, what truly drives Jackpot 888 is people — our members who trust this platform with their time and money. We know that trust is not given automatically. It has to be earned through consistency, honesty, and real action every single day.
That is why we invest heavily in security technology, a well-trained support team, and an efficient withdrawal process. Not because it is cheap or easy — but because that is the standard our members deserve. When a member wins a big jackpot and the funds land in their bank account within an hour, that is the greatest satisfaction for the Jackpot 888 team.
We also take our social responsibility seriously. Jackpot 888 provides comprehensive responsible gaming tools — from daily and weekly deposit limits and temporary account suspension options, to resources and links to support organisations for those who may need help. The enjoyment of playing should never come at too high a cost for anyone.
